Business Apps & Internal Dashboards
Not every business needs a giant software platform. Sometimes you need a clean dashboard that tracks leads, clients, quotes, invoices, follow-ups, and reports in one place.
Solutions we build
These are the types of tools EPIC TECH builds for small businesses. Each one starts with a planning session and a clear scope before any code is written.
- Lead Tracking Systems: a simple dashboard to log, track, and follow up on incoming leads without losing them in a text or inbox.
- Client Management Dashboards: one view of all your active clients, their status, notes, and history.
- Website Audit Platforms: a structured checklist tool built around your own assessment or review process.
- Internal Business Tools: custom tools built around a specific workflow that does not fit cleanly into off-the-shelf software.
- Quote & Invoice Systems: track quotes sent, status, invoices, and payments without a complicated billing platform.
- Service Scheduling Dashboards: a simple view of what is scheduled, who is assigned, and what is pending.
- Follow-Up Tracking Systems: never let a lead, client, or task fall through the cracks with a simple date-based follow-up log.
- Business Reporting Dashboards: pull the numbers you already track into one view you can actually read.
- Simple CRM: contact records, notes, tags, and status for businesses that do not need the full Salesforce experience.

Request thisWhat this is good for
If your business is running on a pile of spreadsheets, a group text, and someone's memory, this is the service for that.
- You have a spreadsheet that multiple people are editing and nobody fully trusts anymore
- Leads and follow-ups are getting lost in texts, emails, and sticky notes
- You want to see where all active jobs or clients stand without having to ask someone
- Your quoting or invoicing process only makes sense to one or two people
- You run assessments or audits and want a structured tool that walks through them cleanly
- You are collecting numbers from different places but never see them together in one view
- You need something more organized than a shared doc but simpler than a full CRM subscription
- You have an internal process that should not live in a public app or a shared cloud folder
What can be built
These are examples of first-version apps that fit this service. Each one is scoped, built small, and designed around the actual workflow first.
Lead Tracking Dashboard
Track new leads, follow-up status, contact info, source, and next steps. Simple table view with filters, no subscription required.
Client Management Dashboard
See all active clients, their project status, notes, and history in one place instead of across multiple folders or spreadsheets.
Quote & Invoice Tracker
Create, track, and manage quotes and invoices. Status fields, totals, client info, and a history view that shows what has been sent and paid.
Website Audit Dashboard
A structured tool for running website assessments. Checklist-based, exportable results, and designed around your actual audit process.
Internal Task Tracker
Assign and track internal tasks without a bloated project management tool. Simple status columns and a clear view of what is open.
Follow-Up System
A simple way to log who needs a follow-up, when, and why. Sorted by date. No leads falling through the cracks.
Business Reporting Dashboard
Pull together the numbers you are already tracking, like revenue, leads, jobs, and clients, into a single view you can check quickly.
Simple CRM
Contact records, notes, status, tags, and history. A lightweight CRM that covers the basics without a monthly subscription fee.
Secure Admin Panel
An internal tool for managing business data, settings, or workflows that should not be in a public-facing app or a shared cloud folder.
How the process works
We map out the workflow, the data it needs to track, the pages required, and the simplest build path. You get a written document before any code is written.
The first version is built around the plan. Core pages, forms, and a simple admin workflow. Nothing extra until the basics are working.
You get a session to use the tool, ask questions, and confirm it matches the workflow before it is handed over with documentation.
Once you are using it and know what is actually missing, we improve it. The App Care plan covers ongoing updates and fixes.
What we do not overbuild
The first version stays focused. The goal is to solve the business problem first, then improve it once it is being used.
- No long feature list that turns a two-week job into a six-month project
- No SaaS subscriptions or third-party platforms added unless the job clearly requires them
- No database if a simpler structure handles the job just as well
- No overbuilt UI just to make it look impressive. Clean and usable is the goal
- Hosted locally, on a VPS, or as a static site depending on what the build actually needs
- No scope creep mid-build. New ideas go on a list for version two
Start with a plan.
The $150 App Development Plan gives you a written scope and build recommendation before any code gets written. That is the right first step.
